A neighbourhood of 58 housing units (23 houses and 35 apartments) developed around a "Roman earth levy" which is fully preserved as is and is reused as a community park.

The orientation, view and declination of the site were decisive in regards to the implantation of the different constructions as well as the layout of the road that winds between the housing units and the green spaces. Pedestrians are safe on a “shared road” away from all non-residential traffic.
