Due to its many experiences in project development on complex sites, QUADRA has specialized in land valuation for owners and real estate developers, most of the time in close collaboration with notaries and surveyors.

Thanks to the S.O.L. (Schéma d’Orientation Local) agreement obtained by the Walloon Region, QUADRA has become a creditable partner for municipalities and the various town planning administrations by integrating in particular the characteristics of sustainable development in economic, social and environmental matters.
